Shipping & Delivery
We understand that you want your order to arrive on time, and we do our best to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days.
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Our logistics partners will call you to confirm the delivery time and date. Please be available to receive your package during the scheduled delivery time.
The rider will not hand over the package before payment. If you are unable to pay for your order upon delivery, the rider will not be able to return the package. You will need to contact our customer service to arrange for a redelivery.
